Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing Maukaa. We are committed to delivering your "wow" products as quickly and safely as possible across India.

1. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: We offer FREE Shipping on all prepaid orders.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): For COD orders, a small handling fee of ₹80-120 may be applied at checkout to cover the additional processing costs from our courier partners.

2. Processing Time

Once your order is placed, it undergoes a thorough quality check at our warehouse.

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or National Holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

We partner with leading courier services (like BlueDart, Delhivery, and Ecom Express) to ensure timely delivery.

  • Metro Cities: 5 to 7 business days.

  • Rest of India: 7 to 10 business days.

  • Remote Areas: 10 to 12 business days. Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors like weather or regional holidays.

4. Order Tracking

As soon as your package is dispatched, we will send you a WhatsApp message and Email containing your tracking number and a link to track your order in real-time.

5. Delivery Attempts (For COD Orders)

Our courier partners will attempt to deliver your package up to 3 times. If the delivery is unsuccessful after 3 attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse.

Important: Please ensure your contact number is reachable so the delivery executive can coordinate with you.

6. Incorrect Address

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, Maukaa will not be responsible for the loss of the package. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us at maukaamanifestyourdreams@gmail.com within 2 hours of placing the order.
