At Maukaa, our goal is your 100% satisfaction. We understand that sometimes a product may not be exactly what you expected, and we are here to help.

1. 7-Day Return Window

We offer a 7-Day Easy Return/Exchange Policy. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange for your item.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it.

  • Unused and unworn.

  • In its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. How to Start a Return

To start a return, simply contact us at support@maukaa.co.in or WhatsApp us at [Insert Your Number]. Please include your Order ID and a clear photo/video of the product. Once your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

4. Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

Pro-Tip: We highly recommend filming an "Unboxing Video" when you first open your parcel. This helps us solve your issue much faster!

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved.

  • Prepaid Orders: The amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: We will ask for your bank details or UPI ID to transfer the refund amount directly to you.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, such as personal care goods, innerwear, or customized products, unless they arrive damaged.
